Information We Collect

When you request a quote or contact Smart Corp Technologies, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, project details, and any message or measurements you choose to provide.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule consultations, coordinate installation work, and improve our customer service.

Jesse AI Assistant

Optional microphone recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription after you stop recording. Review the editable text, especially measurements, before sending it. Selecting Listen sends Jesse’s reply to OpenAI to generate an AI voice, not a human recording. We do not save raw recordings or generated audio to our database; audio is held temporarily for processing and playback. Provider processing and retention policies may apply.

When you use Jesse, your chat messages and project draft are processed by our AI service provider, OpenAI, to answer questions and help prepare a quote request. Avoid sharing sensitive information unrelated to your project. AI responses and approximate measurements require confirmation by our team.

Your conversation and draft are kept in memory while this page remains open, including when Jesse is minimized or you navigate within the website. Refreshing the page, closing the tab, or using Jesse’s reset control starts a new conversation. We do not persist the conversation in browser storage or save it to our CRM. The chat API requests that generated responses are not stored as application state by OpenAI; provider processing and retention policies may still apply. Your request is emailed to our team through Resend only when you confirm and submit it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share project details only with service providers who help us operate the website, communicate with customers, or complete requested work.
